FAQ Frequently Asked Questions
- How fast can I get my new eyewear? It depends on several factors. If you place the order between 8am-5pm Eastern time, the order will be processed immediately and will be hand-carried to the local post office and sent out by USPS Express Mail. At this time, we will send you the tracking number, so you can track your eyewear. Express Mail is NOT GUARANTED OVERNIGHT, but it arrives on the 2nd or 3rd day most of the time. RushGlasses.com DOES NOT guarantee that you get your glasses on any particular day, due to the hundreds of unforeseen circumstances which may arise in shipping.
- What if I don't like my new eyewear? We can help you change to a different frame, or we can give you 50% of your money back. Why only 50% back? RushGlasses.com has gone to time and expense to stop what we are doing to rush your order to the front of the line, and then hand-carry them to the Post Office, where we spend $32.00 on USPS Express Mail. Also, we don't sell used frames. Once that product has gone out, it cannot be reused to make eyewear for others.
- What if my glasses are broken or have a defect on them? We make it right. Every time.
- What if I can't see out of my glasses? Did we make them wrong? Did the eye doctor give you the correct prescription? Are the glasses adjusted in a way that gives you the ideal comfort? Here's the bottom line. If we made them wrong, we will make it right. But just because the optician down the street tells you they are wrong because he's mad that you bought glasses online, that don't always make it so. Send the glasses back in. We are honest. If we made them wrong, we will admit it, and make them correctly, and send them back to you, along with money for your shipping. We aren't getting rich doing this, but we do well enough to treat everyone like we would like our mom to be treated.
- Can I take my new Eyewear to my local optician and get them adjusted? Yes, You certainly can. If you tell them you got your glasses online, they may charge you or say mean things...or they may not. Some opticians are nice. Some, not so much. We are a funny bunch.
- Who makes my glasses? Opticians who live in a small town in Tennessee. They are pretty nice folks. They work hard. They have families. They take pride in making the best, most accurate pair of glasses possible.
